On 22nd December 1999 the supervisory board of the 7 layers AG decided
on a new stock option plan that allows share acquisition to our
employees.

The new GSM Phase 2+ feature HSCSD has been launched, increasing data
rates significiantly. 7 layers supports terminal manufactures and
network operators in introducing HSCSD.

The Bluetooth Qualification Review Board has officially recognized the
first manufacturer independent BQB at 7 layers.
