7 layers has recognised BQB!

7 layers has the first manufacturer independent Bluetooth Qualification Body (BQB). It has been officially recognised by the Bluetooth Qualification Review Board (BQRB) as Bluetooth Qualification Body (BQB) on 19th October 1999. The Bluetooth Qualification Body of 7 layers can list your product on the "Bluetooth Qualified Product List". The most important prerequisite for a Bluetooth Logo on your new products!

Conformance testing at 7 layers will start in November 1999 and run on the conformance test system TS 8960, newly developed by Rhode & Schwarz. Successful conformance testing is an essential step towards verifying product interoperability.

The next Bluetooth conference in Los Angeles takes place 7 - 9 December 1999.
7 layers will hold a speech about "practical Bluetooth testing".
