7 layers and Phoenix Test-Lab GmbH are cooperating now for the Information and Communications Technology.

Phoenix Test-Lab is a daughter of the globally active Phoenix Contact enterprise with 5.000 employees in total. Phoenix Test-Lab is situated in North Rhine Westphalia, between Paderborn and Hanover (Germany). Synergies arising from the cooperation of both companies will be used to offer our customers an even wider service portfolio from the development of new technologies and products, to testing in well equipped laboratories to a successful access to the global market.

Phoenix Test-Lab will make use of the competence of 7 layers in the area of the wireless technologies GSM and Bluetooth.

Customers of 7 layers will have the opportunity to take advantage of the competence of Phoenix. Laboratories of Phoenix are based on national and international standards. For 7 layers they will perform environment simulations and electrical safety tests.
As Competent Body and Notified Body - Phoenix Test-Lab will support our customers with the regulatory certification and approval work.
