    *) English or Continental breakfast will be served at the corner of Heintje Hoekssteeg
        with our host Marcel in Bar 'Pimpelmee' [from 10am to 2pm].

    There is a surplus for early and late checking in. Early checking starting 10 am till 2 pm, if possible regarding timetables, we charge extra 0.50 day rate. Late checking in after 9 pm till 11 pm, € 40,00, after 11 pm till 12 pm € 70,00. Afterwards no checking in more than the other day with still payment of your lost night.

    Reservation information!

    WE accept reservations by fax and on-line reservation form. But it has to be including a credit card nr plus cvc code.

    Management:
    Managed directly by the owners.

    Multilingual:
    The staff speaks six languages: English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish and Italian.

    Payment procedure:
    Payments can be done by credit card [Visa, American Express or MasterCard*] or cash.


    as follows:

    1. When your stay is less than 4 nights:
      One night by credit card, balance cash IN EUROS.
    2. When your stay is 4 nights or longer:
      40 % direct to pay out of the credit card account.
      60% out the credit card account, 14 days in advance of your arrival day.
    3. When your stay is 4 nights or longer and
      the booking date is within 14 days prior to arrival day *):

      DIRECT 100% payment to pay out of credit card account.
    4. In case of last minute booking (within one week):
      ALWAYS cash payment of the total hirer amount.

    DON'T FORGET ON ARRIVAL DAY THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER MUST SHOW THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR RESERVATION BY HIMSELF (PERSONALLY). IF NOT !! CLIENTS HAVE A LOT OF PROBLEMS. WE HAVE TO CHECK THE CREDIT CARD ON NUMBERS, SIGNATURE [WITH PASSPORT], THE ONLINE RESERVATION FORM OR WITH THE E-MAIL CLIENT OR CORRESPONDENCE. WHEN CREDIT CARD HOLDER HIMSELF IS NOT IN THE POSITION TO SHOW THE CREDIT CARD ON ARRIVAL, WE HAVE TO REFUSE TO CHECK-IN. ONLY AFTER CASH PAYMENT OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT - AND ONLY THEN - WE WILL CARRY OUT THE CHECK-IN PROCEDURE!


    We request for credit card transactions:
    See front side of your credit card, name of cardholder, number of your card, exp. date, backside of your credit card, the last 3 numbers above your signature strip, we call this the credit card validation (CVC) code.

    Deposit / Prepayment
    One deposit for security of furnishing (valid=minimum of one night stay also) is to pay on arrival day and refundable on departure day.

    Your deposit( or prepayment) can be used for:

    1. Compensation of any kind of cancellations.
    2. Returning of discounts.
    3. Payment Damages of the accommodation.
    4. After Matching in general with our business policy.

    And refunding after considering point 1/2/3/4 (on departure day).

    Cancellation
    We are following the international NO SHOW up policy of the credit card companies. This means 24 hours in advance, we may charge one night for each accommodation that was booked.

    Discounts
    Any previously agreed discounts will not be valid in case of changement of number of reserved accommodations, number of persons or length or period of stay.

    VERY IMPORTANT
    By sending in the online reservations form, clients declare to the management of Amsterdam Easy Apartments that they read and accept the rules regarding Reservation conditions as payment etc, rates, credit cards and cancellation policy.

    We MUST know your arrival time in advance (arrival at accommodation aprox. one hour later than at the airport) so we can arrange to meet you!!!

    General Bank information
    You will find banks at Schiphol Airport, but some of them will not be open 24 hours. Don't do business with #one-window-banks# in the centre of Amsterdam.
    We advise you only to go to official banks!

    In one of the corners of Amsterdam Central Railway Station is an official bank (GWK) open till late, with official rates and commission.
