Full Service Scope in EMC and Radio Testing

7 layers offers development, approval and
certification testing in the following areas:

  • Short Range Devices / Low Power Devices:
         7 layers tests according to ETSI EN 300 220, ETSI EN 300 330 and ETSI EN 300 440 which cover the frequency range from 9 kHz to 40 GHz. Devices which have to be tested according to these standards are identification systems (RF-ID's), wireless audio applications, remote controls, immobilizers, movement detectors etc.
     

  • Wideband Transmission Systems:
    Tests according to EN 300 328 which is for example the applicable standard for R-LAN and the newly developed Bluetooth® devices.
     

  • EMC:
    7 layers offers tests according to national and international EMC standards. Special monitoring equipment is available for testing radio devices.

Testing takes place in our fully accredited laboratories  in Ratingen (Germany) or Beijing (China). Test results are also officially accepted by FCC. Certain tests organized by 7 layers are arranged at our cooperation partners EMC Test NRW or PHOENIX TEST-LAB.
